After years on the client side, building and leading successful resourcing and talent acquisition teams, Oliver founded whyteleafe, to be the partner firm he wished he could have engaged at times in his earlier career, an advisor to coach him through the highs and lows of change and transformation.

Oliver has had the privilege of working with, and learning from, some of the highest performers in the talent industry and counts many as friends.

He has built a reputation for driving talent programmes through to completion, as well as SME knowledge in several key areas of the talent lifecycle.
